Quality Assurance and Inspection Overview

For our pack, good is never good enough. Our quality assurance and inspection systems rigorously test your product to the highest standard. Our quality assurance team deliver exceptional quality standards and full material traceability. From 3D inspections to CAD comparison, dimensional analysis and reverse engineering, our inspection team will ensure that your products are fully tested and ready for use.

Quality processes and systems are infused in our work. We keep these processes as user friendly as possible, which makes it easier to adhere to the rules and also speeds up the process of training new members of the pack.

The Pack Approach

Universal Wolf has a great ethos of working better and smarter – we believe in constant improvement. It underpins every aspect of our business, including inspection. To ensure we are always learning and improving, we have an annual evaluation of our processes. As a result, we recently introduced Statistical Process Control (SPC) in the laser area, which saves a lot of inspection time. We constantly upgrade our range of product testing and inspection equipment to ensure we meet customer and industry standards, and rigorously test and inspect to BS standards. This ensures every product and structure we produce complies with industry quality standards and does exactly what you require.

The pack mentality is vital. As we have such a wide range of capabilities and expertise – from welding to quality control – our Quality and Inspection team ensures they have a good understanding of what it is that each department does. This is essential when we have a large multi-faceted project, as we will all help each other and have each other’s backs. It’s about working together and getting the best out of each person – that’s how you deliver real quality.
