Metal Painting Overview

Universal Wolf has a unique approach to painting that puts quality first. With years of experience, we offer tailored commercial metal painting to meet your needs. We invest a lot of time in pre-treatment, including shot blasting – removing contaminants, oils and rust from the metal and preparing it for the application of paint with a phosphate or conversion coating. This approach ensures longevity in the paintwork.

Powder painting is our primary process – please see ‘Tools of the Trade’ below for a full overview of our capabilities.

From single coat to high-end, multi-coat, we offer a broad spectrum of paint systems and colour options to deliver the quality and standards you need.

The Pack Approach

We work with our customers to understand how and where your product will be used and then deliver the right paint system for the job.

Our Paint teams are experts in a range of paint finishes, including gloss, semi-gloss, satin, matt and hammerite. We offer a range of finishing services, including, zinc plating, anodising, alocrom and e-coating, supplemented by the latest technology and powder coating machines. And we can coat your product using both powder and wet paint systems.

We will be there by your side every step of the way to offer guidance and advice on industry best practice, whilst ensuring the job is done to your exact specifications.
