CNC Machining

CNC Machining Overview

The Universal Wolf approach of putting our customers first and striving for excellence flows through our CNC metal cutting work. We have the capability to scale to meet your needs and deliver quality components to your exact standards.

Our team always searches out ways to improve our CNC machining processes. We live by the value that good enough is never good enough. That means we are always looking for new methods to improve pathways, give products a better finish, and reach our goals faster.

Our in-house machining capability allows us to manage the elements which support, and feed into, our welding and fabrication activity. This integration gives a direct benefit to our customers, both in terms of lead time and quality assurance.

The Pack Approach

For us, delivering excellence in CNC machining is all about having a wide range of capabilities. Our flexible approach to machining means we can scale and pivot where required.

The proof of metal cutting quality is always in the finish of the cut – when you drill a hole and it creates a nice smooth surface, you know you have got it just right. Our wide range of advanced tools enables us to work faster and ensure our production times are as efficient as possible, which means our customers get their product faster.

Then there are the aspects of Universal Wolf’s CNC metal cutting operation that are less visible when you walk through the door – but are fully evident in the final product. The skill of our Engineering team is key. Thanks to their diverse CAD and CAM skill set, our CNC programmers can program pretty much anything that our customers require.

The speed and accuracy of our technology and our use of first-off inspections, process capabilities and standard process control measures delivers efficient results, cost savings and a quality product.
