Celebrating our pack at the Tharsus Group Chairman’s Awards 2026

On Friday 6^th February, colleagues from across Universal Wolf and Tharsus came together for a night of celebration at Linden Hall at the Chairman’s Awards 2026.

Our Chairman’s Awards are held each year and are designed to recognise colleagues who have gone above and beyond for our customers and our company. Nominations are made by colleagues and judged by a panel of peers.

Entries are submitted against our vision, mission and values:

Vision: In the world of Universal Wolf, ‘good enough’ isn’t good enough. Here, we demand more so we can deliver more. We’ll be more. Our Vision is to create a unique brand in our industry and to be the benchmark for quality complex fabrication; there will be none better.

Mission: Be Universal Wolf. Be true to ourselves.

Values: Better. Smarter. Pack.

This year, as always, we had some brilliant nominations, and it was difficult to narrow down to a shortlist of potential winners for the night.

• Better: Winner, Gordon Ewart (Quality Partner) and Runner Up, James Anderson (CAD-CAM Technician)
• Smarter: Winner, Peter Smurthwaite (CAD Engineer) and Runner Up, Bryce Butler (Sheet Metal Worker)
